During her nearly decade of ownership, the pop icon rebuilt and expanded the estate, completing it in 2010. The discrete MLS listing showed only an aerial view, and agents and their clients who toured the home were among the few who have had a look inside.

The singer-songwriter, 55, is one of the best-selling female recording artists of all time. Among her hit songs are "Vogue," "Borderline" and "Material Girl."
She bought the property in 2003 for $12 million.
