He achieved unsurpassed record-sales for 11 years straight while providing his clientele with the utmost care. With over 115,000 Agents worldwide, RE/MAX International has placed Mr. Abourched in the Chairman’s Club (top .001%) and honored him with a “Lifetime Achievement Award”, received by fewer than 100 Agents each year.

His ability to close a transaction, even during the most difficult of markets, has earned him record-worthy sales. He closed the highest multi-million recorded sales in Studio City and in Sherman Oaks.

Moe believes in giving back to the community. He has been involved with several charities including cancer support center, WeSpark, Grossman Burn Center Foundation, and Children’s Miracle Network. Moe also created the Studio City Fireman’s Day – “A Tribute to Our Fallen Heroes,” a community event honoring loved ones lost on 9/11 and thanking those that still serve; an event recognized and supported by civic leaders and the Los Angeles Fire Department.
