BEVERLY CREST, CA — A mudslide in Beverly Crest Wednesday morning blocked at least two residential driveways, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.

The quarter-acre mudslide occurred on Hidden Valley Place between Coldwater Canyon and Mulholland drives. Firefighters responded to the area at around 8:12 a.m.

After city building officials and a geologist assessed the scene, they determined that residents will not have to evacuate their homes as only the driveways were impacted, according to the LAFD.
