NSYNC Singer Lance Bass' Dog Killed By Coyote
The entertainer claims his backyard was "coyote proofed" with rollers & more, but the coyote somehow leaped over (or under) the fence.

BEVERLY HILLS, CA – Lance Bass, television host and former NSYNC singer, announced Wednesday that his dog Lily was killed by a coyote in the backyard of his Los Angeles home. The entertainer used the Instagram post to warn others who live near coyotes to "triple check the safe areas they get to roam free."
Bass claims his backyard was "coyote proofed" with rollers and more, but the coyote somehow leaped over (or under) the fence in his backyard.
"Lily was one of a kind," he wrote. "More human than dog. She really was so perfect. She will be painfully missed."

Bass' husband, Michael Turchin, took to Instagram to post photos of the dog as well, saying "words will never be able to describe" how much he loved her. He said the sudden loss is "so sad and so unfair" because Lily had many more years ahead of her to be loved and give love.
"I know you’re in a better place now my Lily Dimples, and if you’re up in the sky looking down at me and Lance and your little brothers just know that we will continue loving you forever and ever — you were one in a billion," he wrote.

It is with an extremely heavy heart that I share the passing of our baby girl Lily. Lily was one of a kind. More human than dog. She really was so perfect. She will be painfully missed. We love you Lily Dimples. For those that live near coyotes, please triple check the safe areas they get to roam free. Our backyard was “coyote proofed” with rollers and all and they somehow leaped over all of it. They also can dig under fences.
