BEVERLY HILLS, CA — Just in time for summer, tennis is back in Beverly Hills.

At least, it will be for a two-week trial period to see if the regulations are followed. The city announced Thursday that the La Cienega Tennis Center and Roxbury Tennis Courts will reopen next Monday with limited use and reduced operating hours.

The city’s announcement comes after Los Angeles County Department of Public Health announced June 1 that tennis courts could reopen, provided that players remain at least 6 feet away from each other, wear masks when they’re not playing, and bring their own balls and sanitizing equipment, among other requirements.
