Sprinkles Cupcakes 24 Hours a Day in Beverly Hills

Beverly Hills is already home to the first , the popular national chain of decadent delights. But now the flagship store will offer customers a new way to get their treats: a 24-hour cupcake ATM.

The 24-Hour Sprinkles Facebook page announced that the company is planning to install an automated machine at the South Santa Monica Boulevard location. It will sell fresh cupcakes, cupcake mixes and even Sprinkles dog treats. A new Sprinkles Ice Cream store is slated to open next door.

“In the heart of Beverly Hills nestled between Sprinkles Cupcakes and the brand new Sprinkles Ice Cream, 24-Hour Sprinkles will be continuously restocked day and night with a variety of freshly baked cupcake flavors,” according to the Facebook page.

No opening date has been set for the 24-Hour Sprinkles or the Sprinkles Ice Cream shop.

“Check back to be notified of our launch date,” the Facebook page said.

The so-called cupcake automat may help reduce the perennial line outside the Beverly Hills Sprinkles store, which often stretches down the block.

Councilwoman Lili Bosse is among the company’s many local fans.

“Sprinkles Cupcakes is opening a Sprinkles Ice Cream store right next door to their yummy cupcake heaven. And there will be a 24-hour ATM-style machine to get Sprinkles cupcakes for our late-night cravings!” she wrote this week on her Facebook page.

LAist first reported the expansion of Sprinkles in Beverly Hills. There are 10 Sprinkles Cupcakes shops across the country, according to the company’s website.
