Yang’s Braised Chicken Rice Opens At Original Farmers Market LA
The eatery serves up Chinese cuisine with grandma's secret "divine sauce" in three spice levels. Vegetarian options, too.

LOS ANGELES, CA — Yang’s Braised Chicken Rice, a go-to favorite for its authentic Chinese dish served at spice levels from regular, authentic to spicy, has joined the restaurant line-up at The Original Farmers Market at 3rd and Fairfax in Los Angeles.
Yang's, which operates several Southland eateries, got its launch when founder Xiao Lu, Yang’s grandmother passed down the secret recipe for her "divine sauce." He opened his first restaurant in Ji Nan, Shandong Province of China in 2011 and has since franchised more than 6,000 locations worldwide, company officials said.
The restaurant's menu focus — braised chicken and rice with a signature, proprietary sauce —is rooted in tradition and has developed a loyal, international fan-base, according to Yang’s.
