<p><strong>Where poetry, dance, music, and painted costumes come alive.</strong></p>
<p>A San Diego mom and U.S. Navy service member is bringing her deeply personal story to the stage.</p>
<p>“Where the Heart Belongs” is a one-woman performance by Vietnamese artist Linh Tran, presented at the San Diego International Fringe Festival. Blending poetry, music, dance, and hand-painted visual art, the show transforms the stage into a living gallery--where every movement, costume, and object is an original artwork.</p>
<p>At its heart, the performance is a love letter to her first child, and a tribute to the child she lost--an emotional journey through motherhood, love, loss, and healing.</p>
<p>Some poems are sung live with melodies created on stage, while dance unfolds through improvisation--making each performance unique.</p>
