20th Annual Spring Organ Concert and Ice Cream Social

Come
to the 20th annual Spring Organ Concert and Ice Cream Social on June
16, 2013 at 4 pm played by our Organist and Artist-in-Residence, Angela
Kraft Cross!

This
year we will celebrate and rededicate our 1955 Casavant, which, thanks
to Schoenstein Pipe Organs, has a newly renovated organ console. The
organ has maintained the appearance of the beautiful old console, but
now has twenty-first century controls, allowing it, among other things,
to be out of the pit and mobile on its own platform. Rev. Dr. Laura
Barnes Coney will offer a blessing of the organ, and a free-will
offering will be collected at the door for the music department.
Delicious ice cream sundaes with homemade toppings by Trudy Duncan and
Barbara Knees will complete the celebration!
