Finding the Pulse of Burlingame

My family and I chose to move to Burlingame for its wonderful sense of community. It is also known for its excellent schools with outstanding faculty and strong parental involvement. It is an area of safe neighborhoods, wonderful climate, and convenient location, between both San Francisco and Silicon Valley. Burlingame is a community that is big enough to be vibrant, diverse and new, yet small enough to feel like a village.

My family lives and breathes this community. My two sons were born at Mills-Peninsula hospital,  attend Burlingame schools, and are highly involved with community sports and camps (BYBA, AYSO, NBH, Starting Line Up – to name a few!).

As a family, we love the outdoors at Washington Park and Cuernavaca Park and heading to the trail at Sawyer Camp for running, biking, and walking.  We enjoy the wonderful markets around town, making weekly trips to Trader Joe’s, Mollie Stone’s, Lunardi’s and the Sunday farmer’s market off Burlingame Ave. Some of our favorite dining spots include Village Host Pizza, Blue Line Pizza, and the homemade goodness and authenticity of Piazza Italia Cafe on Primrose for lunch.

Along with a couple neighborhood writers will deliver a taste of everything our neighborhoods offer, I will supplement that content with market data and listing reviews of homes in our community, giving you a realistic picture of what you can expect as a buyer, seller, or resident.

I look forward to bringing to you my real estate knowhow and expertise. I have lived in and practiced real estate in this community for years which has enabled me to understand the characteristics of each neighborhood down to individual streets. I keep on top of the inventory, sales, and market activity and patterns, and have outstanding knowledge of property value.

I am heavily involved in the schools and the community and find it important to give back to my community. I volunteer with and support local fundraising for my schools and for the Burlingame Community for Education, and support and help promote voting and bond measures that benefit our city. As such, I am well versed in all aspects of Burlingame life.
