Jump In! Aquatic Exercise Lightens the Load

The Rehabilitation Center pool at Mills Health Center is designed for standing therapeutic exercise. It is heated, wheelchair accessible, and open to the community and all ages.

Back pain got you down and out? Do aching knees prevent you from walking long distances or engaging in other types of exercise? If so, you may want to jump in the pool.

The Mack E. Mickelson Arthritis and Rehabilitation Center pool at Mills Health Center is designed for standing therapeutic exercise. It is wheelchair accessible and heated to about 90 degrees Fahrenheit. The pool is open to the community and all ages.
