Seeking Safety: Learning to Stop Abuse
Come to a free community seminar on October 6 in San Mateo

What are the signs of elder abuse? How can you protect your teen from bullying and violence? These questions and others will be addressed at a free half-day seminar called “Seeking Safety: Protecting Yourself and Those You Love.”
The African American Community Health Advisory Committee (AACHAC) is hosting this free community event on Saturday, October 6, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., at the Mills Health Center’s Hendrickson Auditorium, 100 South San Mateo Drive, San Mateo.
Keynote Speaker for the event is Oliver J. Williams Ph.D., co-director of the Institute on Domestic Violence in the African American Community.
