Tight, tense and stationary. Many of us spend much of our day in front of a computer monitor or behind the wheel. Everyone can benefit from short fitness breaks and stretching, regardless of age, strength or flexibility.
So, why don’t we exercise and stretch more often? If your reason is “I’m too busy,” here’s a solution that can work with any schedule!
