If you aren't ill yet from TV pundits, election ads and your friend's annoying political Facebook comments, you might want to participate in the election happenings at Burlingame Public Library.

Starting off the political season, Beth Bhatnager and Karen Bertrand from the League of Women Voters of North and Central San Mateo County will discuss the pros and cons of the California State initiatives on September 27th at 7 p.m.  Find out if no means yes or vice versa!

We're showing the Presidential and Vice Presidential debates on our big screen.  They will be October 3rd, 11th, 16th and 22nd in the Lane Room starting at 6 p.m.  Please do not bring tomatoes to fling at your rival.

Professor Frank Damon on the College of San Mateo Political Science Department will spur discussions with his lectures on the National Conventions (September 27th), the Presidential debates (October 24th), and, ultimately, the election results (November 8th), all starting at 7 p.m. in the Lane Room. There will not be a test!
