The new frozen yogurt shop,ULove, recently opened on Burlingame Avenue. Although I do enjoy frozen yogurt, my first thought when I saw the “Coming Soon” sign was, “How can we fit another fro-yo shop in Burlingame?” Within a few blocks of each other we already have Harmony, Blush and Tutti-Melon, to name a few.
I am eager to give any new fro-yo shop a try, so I ventured in. You know what? ULove is now my new favorite Burlingame fro-yo spot. It has self serve, so you get to enjoy making your own frozen yogurt concoctions and you pay by weight. It is a nice size shop and has a small seating area. The staff was friendly and gave a warm hello when I walked in.
Since it was their grand opening, they were giving out 50 percent off coupons. The flavors are the best part. The shop has a large wall with a plethora of flavors including watermelon smoothie and peanut butter (two flavors I have not seen before). There is a wide variety from tart fruity flavors like green apple to creamier flavors like NY cheesecake. Of course, ULove also has the basics such as vanilla and original.

As the newest frozen yogurt shop among stiff competiton in Burlingame , ULove has its work cut out for it, but I believe it will do very well.
