Last nights meeting went 5-0 to cut down the PROVEN HEALTHY 100 yr. old oaks at bottom of Summit Dr. They were GONE by 9 am. All my grp. wanted was for the Bur. School Dist. to accommodate for them. No way. They are GONE. Council would not even accept the ability of the highest level Forester in the country to determine their adequacy, and actually quibbled. Name of the game was Cut Them Down last night and they did.
