CEC Film Fest deadline is Monday

Students who live or attend school in Burlingame can enter environmental videos for cash prizes

Students in grades 4 through 12 who live or attend school in Burlingame are invited to enter the CEC Student Film Fest by Monday, March 12. The contest is cosponsored by the Citizens Environmental Council of Burlingame and the Burlingame Environmental Club of Burlingame High School. Videos can be on any environmental topic and must not be more than five minutes in length.

Students must register prior to submitting a video at http://bit.ly/2rYkz7g. They can submit their video at http://bit.ly/2DW3YGK.

The final entries will be screened and winners will be announced at the CEC Student Film Fest at 7 p.m. on Monday, March 19, in the Burlingame High School Auditorium at 1 Mangini Way. CEC will award cash prizes to student filmmakers in three categories: grades 4-5 ($75), grades 6-8 ($150) and high school ($300). Admission to the Film Fest is free.
