After School Agility and Conditioning

Utilizing state of the art training techniques, coach and personal trainer, Mario Caprini will improve your child's sports conditioning and agility. The program focuses on balance, spatial orientation, rhythm, synchronization and accuracy of movements and proper footwork, all of which are critical to your child's success in sports. Games such as kickball, dodgeball, and basketball will be played to provide physical activity in a fun and non competitive athletic environment. This class is for kids age 12 to 16.
