This is a celebratory year for Art in Action, the award-winning educational organization that brings the joy of art to the classroom. The 5th annual Atelier d'Artistes celebrates the 30th anniversary, Monday, March 4, 2013 at Sharon Heights Golf & Country Club in Menlo Park. A keynote speech will be given by Craig Watson, Director of the California Arts Council, who will share his vision of how the arts spark creativity in us all and his goal to make art available to every Californian.
This exciting event will honor Art in Action founder, Judy Sleeth; introduce the new Executive Director, Jeffrey Dollinger; showcase the artists from Willow Oaks Elementary School in Menlo Park; and include lunch and a silent auction featuring unique products and services, exclusive private art tours and original artwork by local artists.
