As a teenager, Edith Mautner Foyer escaped from Austria with her family just as the Nazis were taking over. Her eventual journey to America took many twists and turns, bringing her to lands she had never dreamed of and places that she had never even seen on a map.
Please join us this coming Wednesday, January 30th from 10:00-12:00 at the Burlingame Recreation Center as Edith reads from and signs her memoir, A TIME TO REMEMBER. We will be serving lovely treats and refreshments and welcome all who may be interested in hearing Edith's fascinating story of coming to America.
