Building a Better You

Kick your fitness training into high gear with Safari Run's youth boot camp for kids age 11 to 13. This class provides loads of fun while developing fross motor skills in: cardio with running drills, speed ladder, hurdle training, and agility training, strength with using body weights, elastic bands and free weights, and flexibility with stretching, static and foam rollers. Also, Safari Run educates and provides knowledge abou the importance of healthier food choices and studies what it takes to thave good posture.
