At its San Francisco studios, Personal Training and Partner Training memberships include unlimited DEXA body-composition scans and VO2 max testing — diagnostics usually sold one scan at a time or reserved for specialized clinics. Custom Fit members can test as often as they train. The reasoning is straightforward. A DEXA scan measures fat, lean muscle, and bone density with clinical precision. Parade: "Come be a part of the largest Independence Day parade in Northern California. Since 1939, it's been the place to be on the 4th of July. The parade starts promptly at 10 a.m."
Car show: "After the parade, enjoy a car show at the "Pizza and Pipes" parking lot."
