This class is circuit training for kids. At Safari Run they're keeping them fit with exercises like running, skipping, hopping and hurdles. These drills will be integrated with play for a total of 50 minutes. Kids ages 5 to 7 will have fun completing the task, then playing and socializing on the play structure with friends. This is a great way for kids to burn off that extra energy, gain nutritional knowledge, and perfect their physical fitness skills.
