Keepin' It Fit - Age 8 - 10

Keepin' It Fit is about giving your child the tools and knowledge to stay healthy now and for their future. Your child will have fun learning nutrition and how to be fundamentally faster, stronger, and more efficient in their training. This class will focus on cardio training with obstacle course drills through the play structure, motivating and challenging physical activities and other strengthening skills.
