U.S. News created the list by choosing the jobs with the greatest hiring demand based on the highest projected number of job openings from 2012 to 2022 by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics.

These jobs were then ranked based on their 10-year growth volume, 10-year growth percentage, median salary, job prospects, employment rate, stress level and work-life balance. Click here to find out more information on how U.S. News ranks the best jobs.

However, one job does not fit all and one person’s dream job could be a nightmare for another.

In contrast to this list, The 10 Best Jobs for 2015 from Business Insider did not consider dentist as one of the best jobs in the country. Marketing executive, industrial engineer, speech-language pathologist and sales manager were a few of Business Insider’s top careers that did not make it into the top 15 of U.S. News’ list.

Do you agree with this list? Were you surprised to see any jobs that were included?
