Least Expensive Homes in Burlingame and Hillsborough
It's not cheap to live in Burlingame and Hillsborough's least expensive home is well outside of most people's price range.

If you feel an overwhelming need to both cut grass and trim hedges, there is a two bedroom, one bathroom single family detached home at 1337 California with a $648,000 price tag. At 1,100 square feet that means you’re paying $589 per square foot. That is actually a bargain compared to the least expensive home in Hillsborough.

If you are looking for a Hillsborough bargain you’ll be looking at a three bedroom, three-bath home on a half-acre lot. The house at 615 Pullman Road has a pool and a hillside deck and can be yours for $2,095,000 or $993.00 per square foot.
