BURLINGAME, CA -- Police have located a missing elderly man who disappeared Tuesday morning after walking away from the Burlingame care facility where he lives.Around 8:15 a.m., 90-year-old Lionel Hamel Jr. walked away from the facility and was reportedly seen walking south in the 1700 block of California Drive, according to police.Hamel had no money and no ID with him, police said.According to police, Hamel suffers from dementia, and may have been lost.
