Olma is an administrative professional for an association management firm in San Francisco. Rory is a mobile response unit mechanic for the San Francisco Municipal Transit Agency. Rory proposed to Olma at Pfeiffer State Beach in Big Sur. They reside in Burlingame. Ms. Madrid is the daughter of Mr. Artemio Dumo Madrid of Bauang, La Union, Philippines and the late Mrs. Ofelia Tolentino Ola Madrid of Iba, Zambales, Philippines. Mr. O’Neill is the son of Hugh Red O’Neill of Ballinrobe, Ireland and the late Mrs. Mary Hayes O'Neill of Dundalk, Ireland. A Spring wedding is planned.
