They are very courteous and helpful. Allow maybe ten minutes on the line and ... you're in! All are welcome at CSM! We are a public community college with a fine RE studies program going back over 40 years and counting, and very modest fees. The professor in this particular class is very popular and has been at CSM for 40 years, and many of the guest experts have 30 or 40 years successful brokerage and sales experience right here in Bay Area real estate (including some of the most respected or successful people in the business). This course is one of the required classes for those people wishing to get their own real estate licenses, and it transfers to the California State Universities and most other colleges. But do please sign up even if you don't happen to be interested in either licensure or transfer, because you are very much welcome and ... we discuss what's really going on in our unique local realty marketplace today, we have a good time doing it, .. and we won't try to sell you anything in class, either !!! (And THAT's a big deal, you'll understand why if you've ever gone to some of the "hotel room seminars" sponsored by any number of sales organizations.)
