Witnesses Sought in Peninsula Knife-Point Robbery
BREAKING: Police say the man got away with cash from a local store.

SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, CA – Police are asking for the public's help in tracking down a man who robbed a store clerk at knife point in South San Francisco this week.
At about 1:45 p.m. Tuesday, the suspect allegedly walked into the Baker Distribution Co. on North Canal Street and demanded money from the register, according to police.
"The clerk complied with the suspect's demands and gave him money from the register," police said in a news release. "The suspect was last seen running away on North Canal Street towards South Spruce Avenue."

The man suspected in the hold-up is described as Hispanic, between 30 and 35 years old, about 6 feet tall and wearing a red hooded sweatshirt, blue pants and a black mask partially covering his face.
