Rosti Tuscan Kitchen Opens in Calabasas

The Italian eatery is open daily from 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.

The Calabasas location offers the same menu as the other two Rostis in Santa Monica and Encino.

Rosti is owned by entrepreneur Kevin Goldfein, who purchased the business in early 2008.

Goldfein entered the restaurant business more than a decade ago waiting tables and rose the managing eatieres in New York. He also holds a graduate degree in hospitality management. In 2005, he opened the Loose Leaf restaurant in downtown Los Angeles and sold it the following year.

"Calabasas seemed like a great area for a Rosti because it's a family neighborhood, it's a strong community," he said. "That's a core belief at Rosti."

The eatery's hours are 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily.
