I am proud to be a candidate for Calabasas City Council, pleased with my strong grassroots support, and the principled campaign that I am running.
Residents appreciate my working to maintain our quality of life, protecting against over development and preserving our open spaces. I am strongly in favor of balancing our city’s budget, protecting our property values, supporting our schools and seniors, and keeping us safe from crime.

On the planning commission, I always support maintaining the charm and integrity of our community. I have never supported more hotels in Calabasas.
I fought against drive-through restaurants, advocated for erecting story poles so that residents could better understand proposed projects and voted against a recommendation that would permanently allow four-story buildings.

Residents have seen my longstanding active participation in our city, including service on commissions and my work for the schools. I carefully weigh all the issues, always honor our General Plan and seek a balanced solution. I am an independent thinker who is not beholden to any special interest groups.
As The Acorn reported, I am in no way connected to the developer Richard Weintraub or, frankly, any developer.
I pride myself on my public policy work experience. Most of my projects have been nonprofit, including creation of a school, animal shelter and helping create plans regionally to cut traffic. In recent years, the vast majority of my time has been focused on family and the Calabasas community because I love both and want to see both protected and improve.
