• California firefighters rescue kitten trapped inside entertainment center (amedpost.com) — Camarillo's own Ventura County Fire Department Engine 50 crew recently rescued a kitten that got stuck inside an entertainment center, delighting the pet's new family and millions of online viewers. Firefighters carefully dismantled the cabinet to free the unharmed kitten, Suki, in a rescue now going viral on Instagram and TikTok. The department says it showcases their commitment to serving the community.
