The Campbell Community Toy Drive collects, purchases, and distributes Christmas toys to an ever increasing number of underserved students—the program has tripled the number of children served over the past three years.
“With the growing demand for toys, we need the community’s support more than ever,” says Toy Program Chair, Bob Carlson. “We hope with the help of Whole Foods Market and other businesses, we can continue to bring joy to students during the holidays.”

Whole Foods Market Campbell will raise money and awareness for the Campbell Toy Drive throughout the holiday season:
· They will be a recipient of the store’s Nickels for Non-Profits reusable bag donation program from October-December, receiving 5 cents for each reusable bag customers use at checkout during the period
· The store will be a drop-off location for toys, and customers who purchase toys to donate from Whole Body department’s eco-friendly selection will receive a special gift
The Campbell Community Toy Program is a collaborative effort between many organizations, and is sponsored by Santa Clara County Fire Department, Campbell Chamber of Commerce, City of Campbell, Campbell Rotary, Campbell Unified School District, Home Church, Crossings Community, Delphi Academy, Treasures 4 Teens, and TziChi Foundation. Individuals and groups of all ages are invited to volunteer to help sort, bag, and distribute toys. Whole Foods Market will be providing healthy snacks and meals for volunteers.
“A lot of people donate their time, and 50 different organizations support the toy drive. It’s a really fun event and brings out the community spirit,” Carlson adds.
