We've rounded up entertainment from the ghoulish to the not-scary with trick-or-treat extravaganzas, trunk-or-treats, haunted houses, carnivals, fall festivals, and included a few upcoming Oktoberfests, too.

OCT. 20: 'THE MISSING ARM' Spooky Walk: Big Basin Redwoods. "Ranger apples cooked around the campfire and storytellers round out this festive family event."

OCT. 20-21: Annual Oktoberfest 2018: Downtown. A community tradition that features German food, beer and wine, live music, and arts and crafts.

OCT. 26: Zombie Crawl 'Thriller' Dance Mob: Downtown. Free weekly workshops can turn you into a participating zombie!
