Campbell Union High School District Superintendent Thanks Voters For Measure AA Passage
"Strong schools correlate with strong communities."

CAMPBELL, CA – The following statement was issued by Campbell Union High School District Superintendent Robert Bravo in response to the election results for Measure AA, the district’s 2016 school facilities improvement bond:
“We’re grateful that voters have passed Measure AA in support of our goal to provide students with a well-rounded, quality education in a safe, modern learning environment. Measure AA will help us improve educational opportunity, equity, and excellence in our district by allowing us to reinvest in our schools and students.
"Strong schools correlate with strong communities, and the essential improvements we can now make will ensure the long term health of our community through education.

“While we’re glad that so many voters have stood with us, we’re also cognizant of the enormous responsibility we’ve been entrusted with. That’s why our district will be working closely with the citizens’ oversight committee mandated by Measure AA and filing annual performance and financial audits to report on the status and expense of any ongoing projects.
"These actions are a continuation of the same sound financial practices that earned the district a AA+ rating from credit agencies like Moody’s in the last year.”
