Campbell's First HAWK Beacon

The City of Campbell Public Works Department has installed our first HAWK Beacon in Campbell. HAWK Beacon, also known as a Pedestrian Hybrid Beacon (PHB), is (short for High-Intensity Activated CrossWalk). It is a traffic control device to help pedestrians in crossing a street at a marked but unsignalized crosswalk.
