Refuge in the Three Jewels with Venerable Drimay

A good course for newcomers!

Message from the instructor:

We usually take refuge–that is, depend on for our safety and happiness–in things like money, relationships, food, reputation, etc. These things are only temporary protectors at best and are unreliable. The Buddha wasn’t saying that we shouldn’t be happy; he was just suggesting that there are more reliable ways of finding happiness. Our path to happiness starts with what we callrefuge, namely refuge in the Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha–otherwise known as the Three Jewels.
