GIST Cancer Research Fund Walk For A Cure, October 18

Our Biggest Fundraising Event of the Year! GIST (Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumor) is an orphan cancer affecting over 5,000+ patients in US.

GIST cancer patients from all over California as well as patients from other states will attend this fundraiser to bring awareness to the San Jose community of this little known, deadly cancer. Support and contributions are desperately needed to increase awareness, give hope to GIST patients and families and provide GIST Cancer researchers with the necessary funds to find a cure!

Place: Almaden Lake Park San Jose, CA

Registration Required: 9:00 AM
Walk Start: 10:30 AM
