Man Arrested on Winchester Blvd., Allegedly Found with Heroin for Sale, Stolen Loot
The arrest followed a traffic stop, police said.

SANTA CLARA COUNTY, CA – A man was arrested in Los Gatos last week after police found heroin for sale and stolen property in his car, police said Monday.
At around 4:30 p.m. on Dec. 17, Los Gatos police conducted a traffic stop at Winchester Boulevard and Knowles Drive, near El Camino Hospital.
A 22-year-old man from San Jose and a 21-year-old man from San Diego were in the car.

Police determined that the driver was under the influence and in possession of heroin for sale and paraphernalia, police said.
The passenger had an outstanding warrant. Police searched the vehicle and allegedly found stolen items including baby formula, checkbooks and a laptop.

The driver was arrested and taken to the Santa Clara County Main Jail. The passenger was cited and released, police said.
