This Morning's Fatality On Caltrain Tracks Appears To Be Suicide
Officials still reporting delays between San Jose and Gilroy.

A Caltrain struck and killed a man on the tracks in San Jose this morning, agency officials said.
Northbound Caltrain No. 217 struck the person on the train tracks near Emado Avenue, located near Coyote Creek Park, Caltrain spokeswoman Christine Dunn said.
The preliminary investigation indicates the man killed himself, Dunn said.

No injuries were reported among the 160 passengers aboard the train.
Trains are stopped in the area and delays are expected.

During the delays, Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority buses will honor Caltrain tickets between San Jose and Gilroy, Dunn said.
Some trains are full and passengers may have to offboard and wait for a different train, Caltrain officials said.
