Public Notice: Parcel Tax Exemption For CUHSD Homeowners
Certain homeowners may qualify for an exemption from CUHSD'S $85 annual parcel tax.

From Campbell Union High School District: Homeowners in Campbell Union High School District (CUHSD) boundaries who are over the age of 65 or receive Social Security disability benefits may qualify for an exemption from CUHSD’S $85 annual parcel tax, which renewed in 2013 by Measure E.
Funds from CUHSD’s parcel tax are used to restore and maintain current school programs, reduce class sizes, enhance campus safety, and recruit and retain qualified teachers.
Campbell homeowners should follow these steps to obtain a parcel tax exemption form and to determine if they qualify for an exemption:

3. Provide copies of the requested supplemental documents
4. Mail the form to: CUHSD - Parcel Tax 3235 Union Avenue San Jose, CA 95124
As of 2017, homeowners within the CUHSD boundaries only need to complete the parcel tax exemption form once. Homeowners that qualify will be exempt every year from CUHSD’s parcel tax until it sunsets in 2023.
