Special Screening of "Being Mortal" - August 15

The Chinese American Coalition for Compassionate Care (CACCC), in partnership with El Camino Hospital, is proud to present a free community screening of Being Mortal on Saturday, August 15 from 2pm-4pm in Conf. Room A and B, 2500 Grant Road, Mountain View CA.

Being Mortal is a 60-minute documentary that follows Dr. Atul Gawande, a physician and author of the bestseller Being Mortal, as he shares the close-up experiences of several patients and families and their medical care providers at their end of life, including his own experiences with his patients and his own father’s terminal illness.

Please join us and explore what matters the most at end of life. Learn what you can do to ensure that your loved ones and patient’s wishes are honored.

Who should attend this free screening: Chinese American families and the health care providers who serve them.
