Stop by New Leaf in Capitola on this New Leaf Community Day between 11am - 2pm and 4pm - 7 pm and learn about the Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary Exploration Center, which is being built opposite the Santa Cruz wharf. Center representatives will be on hand to offer information and answer questions at New Leaf stores in Capitola and Santa Cruz. The Center will provide state-of-the-art, interactive, interpretive exhibits on the coastal ecosystem and submerged resources of Central California.
