• Man arrested after pursuit with 3-year-old in vehicle (pajaronian.com) — Capitola police say a traffic stop on 41st Avenue turned into a dangerous pursuit involving a Las Vegas man driving recklessly with a 3-year-old in the car. The chase was halted in Aptos for safety, then resumed by CHP near Seascape and ended close to Hidden Beach County Park, where the suspect and the child's mother were arrested and the child was placed in protective care.
