Special Blood Drive To Be Held In Honor Of Wells Fargo Mortgage Employee In Santa Cruz
Santa Cruz County residents encouraged to come out, give blood and support Christina Low.

From the American Red Cross:
The Santa Cruz Front Street Wells Fargo Home Mortgage (WFHM) team is sponsoring an American Red Cross blood drive in honor of their co-worker, Christina Low. She was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia in Novermber 2014 and is receiving chemotherapy.
Low has also received blood transfusions, and may need more as part of her treatment, while a search for a matching bone marrow donor for a transplant goes on. She has worked at WFHM since 2009 and the team is very close there.

“There are 20 of us in the Santa Cruz Wells Fargo Mortgage office. We’ve worked closely together for the last six years, and we feel we’re not just a team, but we’re a family,” said Lisa Cannon, lending manager at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. “We want to do anything we can to help Christina. Right now, holding a blood drive is the most useful thing we can do.”
