San Diego Surf Dogs Set Guinness Book World Record at Imperial Beach Surfing Competition
This Father's Day weekend I visited the Loews Coronado Bay Resort Surf Dog Competition and filed this report on the attempt to set a new world record: 20 dogs surfing together on one surfboard. There were plenty of agile surfing doggies at this event but by far the highlight was watching the huge, custom-made "DogCraft Carrier" Surfboard, packed with pooches of all sizes, surf into history and the Guinness Book of World Records.
