Parenting the Early Years is a free seminar series for parents and caregivers of children ages 1-5, held by Coastal Therapy Group in collaboration with McCammack Pediatrics.
This morning: Rest, Routines, and Regressions: The Science of Sleep and Structure. How much sleep young children need, what disrupts it, and how to turn bedtime battles into a calmer routine.
Each session is led by Dr. Aguilera Rice, a licensed child psychologist at Coastal Therapy Group (PSY33929), and Dr. McCammack, a Carlsbad pediatrician (CA License A130883). They take on the same everyday parenting struggles from both sides: what's happening in your child's body, and what's happening in their feelings.
Free. Come to one session or all three. Seats are limited to 20 per session, so please RSVP: https://coastaltherapygroup.com/parenting-seminar/?utm_source=patch&utm_medium=referral&utm_campaign=parenting-seminar-2026
