Carlsbad Police Arrest 3 Suspects for Commercial Burglary at Carlsbad Mall

recieved a call Tuesday morning that people had broken into two Sprink kiosks at and were taking cellular phones.

Officers responded to the mall shortly after the call was placed at 9:09 a.m. They  attempted to make contact with the subjects outside the mall, but the suspects got in a vehicle and fled.

The vehicle pursuit concluded at the dead‐end of Home Ave. in Carlsbad when two of the three subjects got out of the vehicle and ran. Officers chased them on foot and made three arrests.

In custody are 23-year-old Thamar Moore who is on parole, 23-year-old Dontay Thomas and 23-year-old Kelvin Veasley.
