Beginning with 14 members, the band has expanded to over 76 members who reside throughout San Diego County. Members are volunteer musicians who include attorneys, doctors, engineers and school teachers.
Their 28th Anniversary Concert features guest soloist MSgt Tom Holtz, tubist.
